Hobson aka Weasel

For those of you who know me, you know that I LOVE MY CAT. My cat's name is Hobson and he is the cutest little guy ever. Hobson was a Christmas present two years ago and he has stolen my heart. He is so snuggly and I just love taking cat naps with him. Poor Hobson got into a fight and had to get surgery on his eye and it was really sad : ( But I wanted to share some picture of my sweetheart because he's too cute not to share all these with you!

Never Stop

I have been listen to this song I love by SafetySuit called, Never Stop. For those of you who haven't heard it, please go listen to it. Both versions are amazing but this one is my favorite.

It really is an amazing love song. Anyways it got me thinking about how scared I was to get married. My childhood was full of divorces and I grew up with that becoming my biggest fear. Until I found Travis. Something about him made me at peace with spending the rest of my life with him because I know he would never hurt me. Obviously we are both human and have hurt each other in the past and I'm sure we will in the future. He's the only person I know without a shadow of a doubt that will never leave, or give up on me. He will never stop loving me. He hasn't, since we were 16. I just pray that everyone can find that person that will never stop choosing them, because that feeling can not be topped by anything else. Knowing that everyday when your husband wakes up, he chooses you. To love you, fight with you, cuddle with you, everything, with YOU. Finding Travis was the greatest blessing in my life and I can't wait to see where our journey takes us. I will never stop choosing him.

The Nannying Life.

Since July I have been nannying for a man named Matt. He has 4 kids and they are the greatest! The oldest is Kaiya, who just turned 12. She is so full of life and the best soccer player I've ever seen. The second is Taj, who is 9 (almost 10). He is the only boy and takes pride in being tougher than all his sisters and loves to show off his muscles. Marley is next and she is 6. She is the funniest one by far! She is the most emotional and very girly but she always gives me something to laugh about. Liv is the youngest and she is 4. She always has energy and loves to snuggle and relax while listening to music. I just love working with these kids because they are so much fun. I wanted to write a post about our recent trip to California. We left on Friday and drove there. Yes, I was in a car with not only them but two more friends, for 12 hours... It was rough, but luckily they slept for the last 4 hours. Then when we got to San Diego we checked into our hotel and then got all the kids to bed and I slept great! I was woken up early by little voices and we all got ready and headed out to Lego Land. While at Lego Land we went on roller coasters and looked at mini villages made out of lego's and it was a lot of fun. After that we went to Denny's for dinner and that was delicious. PS. we ate so much junk food at the park, mmm yummy yummy! Then we went to our hotel and swam for a little bit, then Matt and his friend Melanie went to a concert so it was just me and 6 kids. I know it sounds like hell, but it wasn't bad at all. The room was too hot so I went and got us all ice, then we all chewed on ice to cool down and then while watching a movie all the kids (and myself) fell asleep. We woke up the next morning and went to my favorite park, Sea World. We had so much fun! We ran over to the Atlantis ride and since there wasn't a line we went on that 4 times. Then we went and watched the Sea Lion show then to the Dolphin show and then to the Shamu Show. The kids all loved this so much it was so fun to see all their excitement with all the tricks from the sea creatures. Then we went on some more rides and then it was time for me to head home. So I left the park and took a taxi to the airport and flew home. I was so nervous to get on the plane. I just kept imagining it crashing and never seeing Travis again. I had a mild panic attack but was fine in the end. My sweet husband picked me up and it was so good to see him again. Yes, 3 days is FAR too long to not see him. We went to dinner at Arby's and then headed home and I got to finally fall asleep in his arms again. I had so much fun in California and wanted to share some pictures with you guys! I hope you enjoy them!
